Reliable Telephone and Data

There's a difference between shipping a phone and making it work.

Cloud phone systems, structured cabling and migrations for Los Angeles businesses. Engineered end to end, by people who have done it since 1998.

This page has an AI assistant. It answers questions and takes your details so our team can call you back. It is not a person.

What we do

The whole phone environment, not a box in the mail.

We build the system, get the calls answered, and get them to the right person. From the first survey to the day your old service is switched off.

  • Cloud phone systems β€” designed, installed and managed remotely.
  • Structured cabling and data drops β€” our own technicians, on staff.
  • Cloud-to-cloud migrations β€” moving you off a provider that isn't working out.
  • Call routing and AI agents β€” built into the system, answering and directing calls.
  • Cabling for cameras and access control β€” where the job has been specced out for us.

What we don't take on

  • Old on-premise phone systems, including break-fix on someone else's
  • Equipment we didn't supply, or that another company is already working on
  • Internet circuits
  • Networks, firewalls and general network gear
  • Camera servers and recording equipment
  • On-site hardware work outside the LA area

Most of the systems we're asked to rescue are old and fragile. People usually call because something is already going wrong, and we would rather say no than add to it.

Why businesses pick us

We engineer it to work, then we prove it does.

Anyone can drop a phone in a box and ship it. Making it work when it arrives, inside your building, on your network, with your numbers, is a different job. That job is the one we do.

We have run this migration many times and we know the pitfalls, including what happens when the steps aren't followed. Done the way we've proven it, it goes over cleanly.

Every client is different. You can't take a company with a hundred users and compare it to a two-person office. Different structure, different requirements, different plan.

How it goes

Somebody comes and looks first.

We don't price a system off a phone call. What your building is, how high up you are, whether you're moving, what permits and insurance the site needs β€” all of it changes the job.

  1. We survey the site Someone comes out and looks before anything is quoted. On a cloud-only job we'll either see the existing setup or talk to your IT contact about the state of the network.
  2. We plan around your actual building Moving or staying, permits, certificate of insurance, which floor you're on. A thirtieth-floor office is not a storefront.
  3. Your number moves before anything is disconnected Your telephone number is your property and your customers' only way in. It migrates to the cloud first. The old service goes off after, never before.
  4. We cut over and stay with it Calls answered, routed to the right person, and the system managed remotely from there.

Where we work

Cabling stays in LA. Cloud service goes nationwide.

If it needs hands on site, we're in the Los Angeles area. If it lives in the cloud, we look after it anywhere in the United States.
